- Preliminary Cost Breakdown – Plan you work and work your plan. This is the best way to save money and spend it wisely. We provide upfront costs so the client can stay in control of a realistic budget.
- Sign Contracts, Work with Bank, and Arrange Financing - We can help you handle all of the details.
- Interior Selections and Designs - Selecting and making all of your design decisions before construction starts is the best way to make the home building experience a pleasant and stress free one. With making the decisions early it also keeps the project within budget and on time.
- Landscape and Pool Designs – Again meeting with designers and architects to make your outdoor experience as pleasant as your indoor experience.
- Preconstruction Meeting – This ensures all of the pre-planning steps have been successful and everything is as expected.
- Midpoint Orientation- Reviewing the site during construction allows clients to review grading, electrical placements, etc.
- Final Walk Through – All mechanical systems and operations are explained and a final quality inspection is done.
